New Online Course Series Launched for Latino Leadership Development

• The Latino Leadership Academy consists of 6 high-quality online courses for individuals and corporations. 
• The programming covers personal, professional, and leadership development for Latinos and Allies. It is primarily designed for professionals aspiring to access senior-level positions.

‍New York City, NY – July 17, 2024—Latinos are a driving force in the U.S. economy and cultural landscape. Yet, their representation in leadership positions remains extremely low, with less than 5% of executive officer positions in Fortune 500 firms. To bridge this gap and seize the opportunity as 20 million Boomers approach retirement in the next decade, Claudia Romo Edelman, Founder & CEO of the We Are All Human Foundation and The Hispanic Star, developed an online curriculum to provide Latino professionals with the skills, qualities, and confidence required for leadership. The Latino Leadership Academy is a comprehensive online training program endorsed by the Leadership Skills Institute and powered by Nancy Spears’ GenconnectU. The series includes four courses designed and taught by Claudia Romo Edelman:
