The 2025 Hispanic Leadership Summit is a one-day experience designated to elevate, activate, and unify Latino leadership, economic power, and cultural narrative across all sectors.

The program flows from establishing a strong foundation with data, into exploring narrative building and influence, and ends with actionable tools and strategies for sustained impact.

The day opens by framing the Hispanic community as a critical economic force, backed by robust data. Keynotes and spotlights highlight Hispanic contributions to growth.

Then the focus shifts from economics to influence—how businesses can invest in Hispanic employees and consumers to create shared value.

Panels explore employer strategies and consumer engagement, followed by sessions on building a unifying narrative and activating it.

The second half of the day offers breakout sessions across three dynamic tracks—Narrative & Factivism, Leadership & Personal Development, and Entrepreneurship.

Each is designed to align and empower participants to become agents of change.

Through these sessions, attendees will gain the narrative tools, strategies, and inspiration needed to activate their influence, represent the Latino community with pride, and drive meaningful impact in their industries and beyond.

1. Narrative & Factivist

Exploring how data and storytelling can shift perceptions and elevate the Latino community as a key force in the U.S.
AI & Latino Representation
This session examines the risks of bias in emerging technologies and the opportunity to ensure Latinos are represented. Discover how AI can scale visibility, shift perceptions, and build narrative power.
Branding with Purpose
This session explores how brand identity and purpose can drive impact, with storytelling strategies to champion factivism and shift perceptions from within.

2. Leadership and Personal Development

Focusing on skills, mindset, and tools to empower Latino leaders at every stage of their journey.
Building Financial Confidence
This session offers practical guidance on financial planning and wealth‑building, equipping attendees with insights and resources to make informed decisions for themselves, their families, and their communities.
The Leadership Playbook
This session explores how mindset, mentorship, and purpose can unlock leadership potential, offering tools to lead boldly and inspire others.

3. Entrepreneurship

Highlighting strategies, resources, and inspiration to support entrepreneurs in starting, scaling, and sustaining their businesses.
Scale with Purpose
This session offers entrepreneurs strategies for sustainable growth, including digital transformation, funding, supplier diversity, and strategic partnerships.
Stories That Scale
This session features Latino entrepreneurs who’ve grown their businesses despite barriers, showing how the right narrative can boost visibility, build trust, and drive impact.

The Executive Networking Breakfast at the HLS 2025 in New York City aims to create a dynamic space for C-Suite leaders and trailblazers.
