Hispanic Leadership Summit 2025
The 2025 Hispanic Leadership Summit is a one-day experience designated to elevate, activate, and unify Latino leadership, economic power, and cultural narrative across all sectors.
The program flows from establishing a strong foundation with data, into exploring narrative building and influence, and ends with actionable tools and strategies for sustained impact.
Latinos are fueling U.S. growth, from population and purchasing power to workforce and entrepreneurship. This short video brings together key economic and demographic data to set the stage for the conversations ahead and remind us why investing in this community is a business and cultural imperative.
In our opening remarks, we’ll introduce the goals of the summit, walk through what’s ahead, and celebrate the partners who helped bring us together. More than a gathering, this is a call to lead with purpose, shape the narrative, and move the Latino agenda forward together.
Numbers speak for themselves, and when it comes to the Hispanic community, the data tells a powerful story of growth, influence, and opportunity. This segment will spotlight key insights on Latino consumer behavior, trust dynamics, and wealth creation. By grounding our conversation in facts, we aim to shift perceptions, close gaps, and drive smarter investment in the community’s full potential.
The Latino community is no longer asking to be seen, they are expecting to be recognized. In this session, we will unveil the key findings from the Hispanic Sentiment Study, revealing the stark realities and soaring ambitions of a community at the heart of America’s growth story.
Wealth in the Hispanic community is growing, yet significant gaps remain. Data on homeownership and financial trends reveal both opportunity and disparity, highlighting the economic challenges and possibilities that define the community today.
What if everything you thought you knew about the Latino community in the U.S. was slightly off? Using hard data, this keynote challenges common perceptions and highlights four key demographic insights that redefine the Latino story.
The Hispanic community’s trust fluctuates more than any other community in the country, generating a high distrust. The 2025 Edelman Trust Barometer reveals a new paradox at the heart of society. Rapid innovation promises a new era of prosperity but risks exacerbating trust issues, leading to further societal instability and political polarization.
Trust is the foundation of lasting impact. In this keynote, Jimmy Wales, founder of Wikipedia, explores how trust can be intentionally cultivated as a strategic asset. Drawing on lessons from one of the world’s most influential platforms, he reveals the principles that transform credibility into influence, and ideas into institutions that endure, underscoring trust as a foundational principle in engaging with any community, particularly in this case with the Hispanic community.
After the facts come the bigger questions, what do we believe, and where do we go from here? This keynote offers an inspiring reflection on the power and promise of the Hispanic community. It’s a call to shift mindsets, embrace what’s possible, and lead with conviction. A moment to connect data with purpose.
Latinos are projected to drive nearly 80% of new workforce growth by 2030, yet remain underrepresented in leadership. This session explores how investing in Latino talent isn’t just the right thing to do, it’s a business imperative. Learn why this young, growing, and highly engaged workforce is essential to your future competitiveness, and how to better recruit, retain, and elevate Latino professionals across industries.
As Chairman, CEO and President of Zimmer Biomet, Ivan Tornos brings a vision of healthcare that is both innovative and deeply human-centered. In this talk, he will share how breakthroughs in orthopedics are helping to solve the biggest challenges in healthcare and advancing the quality of life for the Hispanic community and people around the world.
With $4.1 trillion in purchasing power and rising, Latino consumers are shaping the future of the U.S. economy. This session breaks down why brands can’t afford to overlook this dynamic market—from spending patterns and brand loyalty to influence across key sectors like retail, tech, and entertainment. Learn how to meaningfully connect with Latino audiences and unlock long-term growth through authentic engagement.
Stories move people. They create empathy and connection—but how do we tell those stories? This session showcases the power of different channels to advance the community’s story with impact and intention. Leaders from diverse industries reflect on how their sectors (and you!) can amplify our narratives.
Change starts with one person. This short video highlights how individual actions can create ripple effects, reminding everyone that no effort is too small. It’s a call to embrace your own power and inspire collective impact.
As we wrap up the panel discussions, we now shift into breakout sessions designed for deeper learning and action. These smaller conversations will give you the tools, insights, and connections to take the next step in advancing the Latino narrative in your own space.
The HLS Program 2025 will feature two rounds of breakout sessions. Each round will offer three simultaneous sessions across six distinct topics. These topics are organized under three thematic tracks: narrative and factivism, leadership and personal development, and entrepreneurship.
These final breakout sessions are designed to move participants from awareness to activation. Whether you identify as Latino or are an ally looking to connect meaningfully with our community, these sessions will equip you with the tools, mindsets, and strategies to become a factivist—an advocate grounded in data and pride, ready to amplify the Latino narrative with purpose in your work, business, and community.
Advances in science and technology are redefining what it means to live longer, healthier lives. Yet with longevity come new challenges for healthcare systems, the caring economy, and equitable access. This conversation will examine the current state of health, the pressing challenges, and the innovations underway, while also addressing the societal and ethical questions they raise. Leaders will share how innovation can be translated into sustainable and inclusive health outcomes for communities worldwide.
As we enter a period of rapid change, leaders face a complex landscape shaped by shifting geopolitics, new technologies, and evolving consumer behavior. This session brings together top voices to share perspectives on the economic headwinds and opportunities that will define 2026. From capital markets and global trade to the disruptive power of innovation, energy markets and the evolving outlook for Latina America, participants will gain insights into the forces shaping growth, competitiveness, and resilience in the years ahead.
A conversation on how the World Cup reshapes business, branding, and culture while driving economic impact, redefining global narratives, and uniting communities across borders.
Willy Chavarría shares how values-driven leadership can transform not just teams, but entire industries. By surrounding yourself with collaborators who share your vision and empowering others along the way, leaders can open doors for people and communities in ways they might not even realize. Drawing from his previous work, Willy demonstrates how bringing purpose, collaboration, and cultural insight to business decisions can create lasting impact, reshaping the fashion industry from the inside while inspiring leaders across sectors to embed values into their own work.
The summit moves intentionally from understanding the opportunity to mobilizing action.
Through data, storytelling, cross-sector engagement, and practical tools, it aims to elevate the Latino community as a united economic and cultural force and equip participants to carry that momentum into their industries and beyond.
