Stephanie Michael Silva is a cross-border investor and operator working across the United States and Latin America. Her background spans venture capital, global private equity, and high-growth technology companies, with a focus on fintech, AI, and enterprise software.

Over the past decade, she has invested in and worked alongside technology businesses across developed and emerging markets, partnering with founders on growth strategy, fundraising, partnerships, and international expansion. Her experience bridges institutional investing and operating environments, giving her a practical perspective on capital formation and company building across regions.

Stephanie is a founding team member of Libra Leaders, a venture fund investing in AI & Automation. Libra backs women building core infrastructure for the next economy and sees women as a driving force behind the development and adoption of these technologies.

She holds an MBA from The Wharton School and an MA in International Studies from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. She earned a BS in Business Administration with a Finance concentration and a BA in Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
