Sharon is currently VP of Creative at Front Row, where she leads the Marketplace Partnerships team and develops full-funnel creative for CPG, Beauty, and Wellness brands on Amazon and Walmart.Originally from Buenos Aires and based in NYC, Sharon’s creative leadership has accelerated the growth of creative offerings and teams across marketing agencies, creative studios, and publications, including New York Magazine, United Virtualities, Headlight, and Smartly.io. Her experience spans advertising, creative services, and digital marketing, with a strong focus on building systems and solutions that connect brand and performance.Most recently, she served as VP of Creative at Headlight, where she built the agency’s creative team from the ground up and led campaigns for brands like Nutrafol, Away, and Cash App. Prior to that, she launched the Americas creative services function at Smartly.io, partnering with global advertisers like Uber and Spotify to deliver scalable, high-performing creative.She has spoken at industry events including Brandweek, MAU, and App Promotion Summit, and has had the pleasure of representing her teams and clients at Cannes Lions.
