
Sarah Figueroa is a healthcare project manager in ECU Health’s Transformation Execution Office, where she leads system level initiatives that advance operational efficiency, patient experience, and digital transformation. She has worked across multiple hospital networks, including AdventHealth, where she supported strategic growth planning and implemented technology solutions that improved executive decision making and clinical workflow performance. Sarah is a first generation college graduate and a current first year MBA student at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business, where she is a Forté Fellow with an anticipated graduation in May 2027.
She is deeply committed to advancing Latino leadership in healthcare. Sarah serves as Membership Chair for the North Carolina Chapter of the National Association of Latino Healthcare Executives and is a founding leader of the Western North Carolina Healthcare Executives Committee under ACHE of Greater Charlotte. Her work focuses on expanding career pathways, strengthening community partnerships, and elevating the voices of underrepresented professionals. Passionate about service, mentorship, and health equity, Sarah is dedicated to creating spaces where Latino leaders can thrive and make meaningful impact across the healthcare landscape.
