Sandra Galvis is a Colombian-born changemaker with over 20 years of experience bridging industries, cultures, and communities. After two decades in corporate America, most recently at Microsoft, leading global programs in partner incentives, customer experience, and learning and development, she made a bold pivot to focus on purpose-driven innovation. She is now the Executive Director of LatinaTechies (www.latinatechies.org), a nonprofit she founded to advance Latinas in tech through upskilling, coaching, and community. What began as a passion project in 2019 became a national nonprofit in 2024, catalyzing Latina representation in the tech industry.Sandra is also building UpskillSherpa AI (www.upskillsherpaai.com), a learner-first EdTech platform empowering non-technical professionals to navigate career growth with personalized, AI-driven upskilling maps. Her journey from analyzing economic policy in Colombia, to driving transformation in the U.S. Global Logistics and Tech sectors, reflects her belief in tech for all and the power of inclusive progress.
