With over a decade of experience in business development, diversity compliance, and strategic program management. Sandra is a Development and Leasing Project Manager at DFW International Airport. Her professional journey includes leadership roles with the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, in supplier diversity, and as a leader of the HOLA Employee Resource Group at the Airport, where she has consistently championed professional development initiatives that empower individuals to connect and grow. Sandra also serves on the boards of the Methodist Justice Ministry, Presbyterian Night Shelter, and CoAct North Texas, where she helps shape programs that drive social change.
