Noreen is a Wealth Management Advisor with The Snyder/Balducci Group at Merrill. Since joining the firm in 2008, Noreen has developed extensive experience in advising entrepreneurs, C-suite executives, and financial industry professionals, helping them make informed financial decisions. As a trusted advisor and investment professional, she is committed to delivering tailored strategies designed to meet the complex financial needs of her clients, including planning, tax-minimization strategies, risk management strategies, wealth transfer, and charitable planning.

Noreen holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER TM certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board ofStandards, Inc. and holds the Certified Exit Planning Advisor® (CEPA®) designation accredited by the Exit Planning Institute. Exit planning is a process that educates the owner on all potential exit options available while addressing their business, personal and financial needs. She has a strong understanding of what is needed to prepare for the transition of an owner’s business, while also planning for any potential liquidity events arising from the sale of the business. Noreen’s experience in advising entrepreneurs has garnered her a strong understanding of the intricacies of their needs as well as of their families.

Noreen earned her B.S. in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business. In the community, Noreen has several philanthropic endeavours, with a focus on creating multi-generational wealth in underserved communities. Noreen serves as a mentor to the CEOs in the Stanford Graduate School of Business’s Latino Entrepreneurship Initiative in partnership with the Latino Business Action Network (LBAN). Noreen also serves on the board of the Latino Corporate Directors Association’s Board Ready Institute, whose strategic mission is to prepare Latino C-Suite executives for corporate board service. Additionally, she is a member of the AARP Foundation’s Board of Directors, the charitable affiliate of AARP, which is committed to creating and advancing effective solutions to reduce poverty for and with older adults.
