From a Catalan family, born in Puerto Rico, USA, living in Ohio, Miguel earned his ChE degree from University of Puerto Rico - Mayagüez. Later he studied advanced Business at Xavier University in Cincinnati.40-year veteran of P&G, done every job in R&D and worked in every Business before retiring as VP of R&D. During his career he lived in Georgia, Ohio, Germany, Italy and Belgium, and changed the world three times with his inventions. Currently owns his own company, Innomatrix, LLC, specializing in consumer goods and perfume industries. Served as Chair of the Board for SHPE, and as Interim CEO twice, and is currently Board Member of Latinas in Tech. Tireless advocate for Hispanic and Women’s opportunities, in-demand public speaker, and a trainer on differences in the work environment between Anglos and Hispanics.
