Luzy King is a first-generation Latina with over 15 years of leadership experience and a deep commitment to advancing financial inclusion for historically excluded communities. After a successful career leading high-performing teams in the corporate sector, she founded Say Hola Wealth, a financial education platform that helps Latinas and first-gen professionals heal financial trauma, build wealth, and step into financial freedom with confidence.
Luzy serves as a mentor to Latino professionals through the National Association of Latino Credit Union Professionals (NLCUO), where she supports their leadership development and career growth within the credit union industry. She is also a business mentor with REV, guiding rural entrepreneurs in Oregon and Washington to launch, grow, and expand traded-sector businesses. Her work helps foster an inclusive ecosystem that accelerates access to resources, mentorship, and capital.
She partners with Employee Resource Groups, national organizations, and universities to deliver culturally grounded financial education rooted in lived experience and community values. Luzy’s work blends executive leadership, personal insight, and a belief in the power of collective wealth-building.
As a member of the Hispanic Star network, Luzy continues to champion visibility, access, and generational transformation. She enjoys writing and traveling with her family.
