Luis Moreno is an adjunct professor of leadership and management in undergraduate and executive education. He specializes in Human Centered Leadership and Emotional Intelligence and conducts Leadership Development trainings for leaders from the U.S. and other countries. His trainings include topics such as Effective Conflict Management, Relational Skills, Empathy, Crosscultural Leadership, Leading High Performing Teams, among others. Luis has an MBA from the Carlson School of Management and is a Public Policy Fellow from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs. Luis has worked for 7 Fortune 500 companies. He received a Distinguished Service Award from the State of Minnesota and is a member of the Young American Leaders Program (YALP) at Harvard Business School.
