
Born and raised in El Paso, Lisa is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with degrees in Government and Spanish and completed Stanford University’s Latino Entrepreneurship Education: Scaling Program.
At 26, she co-founded inHOUSE PR, specializing in public relations and event production, and was recognized by the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce as Emerging Business of the Year in 2001.
In 2014, Lisa became an owner of her family’s long-haul trucking company, Del Rey Express. She and her sister later founded Del Rey Transportation LLC, specializing in refrigerated freight, and RS Andrade Property Group to develop 13 acres for a future truck terminal.
Lisa serves on the boards of the Alamo Colleges Foundation and the Young Women’s Leadership Academy and is a member of the Palo Alto College Logistics and Supply Chain Management Advisory Committee and Women In Trucking. She previously served on the boards of Our Lady of the Lake University, the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and Clarity Children’s Hospital.
A Leadership San Antonio and Leadership Texas alumna, Lisa received the 2023 San Antonio Business Journal Women’s Leadership Award, and her company was recognized as a 2025 Top Company for Women in Transportation. She and her husband, Francisco, were featured in HBO Latino’s Habla Texas. She has 5 children and a grandson.
