Lenin Agudo is Director of Widener University’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC), where he oversees three federally and state-funded programs supporting small business growth, government contracting, and environmental management. Under his leadership, Widener SBDC has earned national recognition, including the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Excellence and Innovation Award, and established two Centers of Excellence to support Latino businesses and the health and life sciences sector. In addition to his role at Widener, Lenin serves on the boards of Tompkins Community Bank, Finanta (CDFI), and the Wyomissing Foundation. With over 20 years of experience in business consulting, community and economic development, and entrepreneurship, he has helped countless businesses access financing, refine their models, and achieve national recognition. He holds degrees from Pace University and Kutztown University, the University of Pennsylvania and executive education credentials from Harvard Kennedy School.
