With over 15 years of experience leading global customer experience and operations teams across tech and telecom, Juan currently serves as Director of Rentals Support and Business Operations at Zillow, where he champions innovation, equity, and world-class service at scale.Juan’s leadership journey spans executive-level roles at Zillow and T-Mobile, including international assignments in the Philippines, where he partnered with global BPOs to deliver results that drove customer loyalty and operational excellence. He is a skilled strategist and builder, known for transforming teams, mentoring future leaders, and elevating Latinx voices in corporate spaces.Outside of work, Juan is the founder of REVJLO, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering Latinx communities through leadership development, storytelling, and civic engagement.
