John Valdivia is a seasoned leader in the beverage industry with over 20 years of experience across field sales, trade marketing, and digital operations. He currently serves as the Brand Manager for Cantaritos by Jarritos, a first-of-its-kind innovation between Novamex and Anheuser-Busch. In this role, he leads brand strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and market execution to bring culturally resonant products to life in the RTD space.John began his career promoting beer in NYC nightclubs and has since held leadership roles in major markets including New York, Boston, Chicago, and California. His deep understanding of frontline execution and commercial strategy has made him a trusted voice in shaping programs that resonate both with Wholesalers and the field.In his most recent role as Director of Digital Sales and Operations at Anheuser-Busch, John built and scaled a high-performing BI and Data Engineering team, earning a 92% NPS score and driving transformative improvements across reporting and operations.Passionate about Latino advancement, John co-chairs AB Inspira, mentors through America Needs You, and serves on the board of TechFIN. His mission is to drive impact by blending cultural insight, frontline experience, and data-driven strategy.
