Joe Aldaz is a nationally recognized nonprofit executive, veteran advocate, and Latino community leader with over two decades of impact across Colorado Springs and beyond. A proud graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and retired Lieutenant Colonel, Joe brings disciplined, mission-driven leadership to every endeavor. As President & CEO of the Colorado Springs Hispanic Chamber and its Education Foundation, he has led a remarkable transformation—turning the organization into a high-performing, national and regional award-winning chamber. Under his leadership, the Chamber was named the 2022 United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce “Small Chamber of the Year” and Joe was honored as the 2023 Colorado Chamber Alliance “CEO of the Year.”His strategic vision has driven significant growth through signature programs such as the Avanzar Business Accelerator, the Latina Style Business Series, and the Latino Veterans “Profiles in Valor” Awards. He also founded The Adelante Leadership Institute, a culturally relevant program preparing Latino and BIPOC leaders for board, commission, and executive service.A Lideramos National Latino Leadership Fellow, Joe serves on influential boards including the Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC and the Home Front Military Network. Through his consulting firm, Aldaz Family Trust, LLC, Joe empowers mission-driven organizations to advance equity, opportunity, and systemic change through bold leadership.
