Jessyca Feliciano is a senior HR executive and community leader with over 15 years of experience driving organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and inclusive leadership. She currently serves as Senior Director, People & Culture Business Partner at Generate:Biomedicines and previously held global HR leadership roles at Takeda, State Street, and MassMutual. A proud first-generation college graduate born in Puerto Rico, Jessyca is deeply committed to advancing equity and opportunity. She ha served as President of ALPFA Boston, was appointed by Governor Charlie Baker to the Massachusetts Workforce Development Board (Co-Chaired the Youth Works Committee), and served on the Board of Directors for GLAD. Passionate about mentorship and community advocacy, Jessyca works to empower the next generation of Latino leaders while fostering workplaces where diverse talent can thrive.
