As the Founder of TuVoz Hispanic Alliance for Royal Canin North America, I am an adaptive leader, taking a collaborative and adaptable approach in DEI as well as my professional background in both wholesale and retail markets. Talents refined through a 25+ year history across retail operations management, visual merchandising, marketing, leadership and account management, currently supporting Royal Canin through the Mars ecosystem as a Mars Veterinary Health National Account Lead for Royal Canin, managing VCA Animal Hospitals. As a business leader and people leader, I have focused on inspiring others through training and leading by example with endless dedication, attention to detail, tremendous work ethic and tutelage. Initiating my career of over 20 years in the footwear and fashion industry, I transitioned into Veterinary health over 8 years ago, developing customer relationships across diverse geographies with consultative, straightforward communications that promote development of strong and lasting rapport and trust.
