Esperanza Teasdale has built a successful career at PepsiCo and Unilever. She is the first in her family to graduate college, business school, and reach corporate America. As a servant leader, she voices her opinion fearlessly while delivering growth with purpose.Recently, Esperanza held the Vice President & General Manager role for PepsiCo’s Hispanic Business Unit, where she built brand relevance through cultural fluency, accelerated customer growth, and served the community. She improved brand equity for Pepsi among Hispanic consumers by creating award-winning campaigns and driving brand growth with small business owners. She spearheaded the launch of PepsiCo Juntos Crecemos (Together We Grow), a multi-year platform to strengthen Hispanic restaurants, bodegas, and carnicerías by addressing access to capital, digital and delivery technology, and traffic-driving solutions.Esperanza has received numerous accolades, including the 2024 Hispanic Marketer of the Year by HMC, the 2022 ‘Female Frontier’ Award from Campaign US, and being named one of People en Español’s ‘25 Most Powerful Women’ in 2021. She is passionate about her community and serves on multiple non-profit boards and advisory councils. Esperanza holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
