Elvis Rivera is a first-generation Guatemalan immigrant, finance professional, and community leader dedicated to advancing equity through education and economic empowerment. His career spans finance, nonprofit management, and civic engagement, where he has contributed to fiscal strategy, managed multimillion-dollar investment portfolios, and collaborated with teams serving nonprofits, endowments, and foundations. His work centers on aligning financial growth with social impact and building long-term sustainability across organizations and communities. Elvis has served on several nonprofit boards and advisory committees, including LatinoLEAD, Prospanica, Green Card Voices, and the Minnesota Council on Latino Affairs, helping to strengthen leadership, representation, and opportunity for underrepresented communities. He has also contributed as an Investigator on the Saint Paul Bar Association Ethics Committee, a 2024 Presidential Elector, and a founding member of local Latino political initiatives advancing civic engagement and equity in policy.
