With 27 years at IBM, she's honed expertise in program management, strategy, operations, and financial planning post her NYU Bachelor’s education. Committed to balance, she mentors students and facilitates courses on coaching, leadership, and finance. Her altruistic endeavors extend to fostering authentic Hispanic representation through programs with Familia@IBM and Hola@IBM. In her personal life, Clarissa, alongside her loving husband, have embraced five rescued dogs, weaving compassion into their shared journey.
