Cecilia is a Los Angeles-based Senior Associate at L’ATTITUDE Ventures, where she is a member of the investment team and leads the firm’s portfolio management effort. She is also a co-founder of Libra Leaders, a platform of women investors backing high-growth, women-led startups to close the funding gap and build generational wealth. Cecilia has an MBA from USC Marshall and is a Consortium and Robert Toigo Foundation alumnus. She is originally from Georgia and completed her undergraduate studies in International Affairs and Romance Languages at the University of Georgia. During graduate school, Cecilia focused on optimizing technology product developments using advanced data analytics, including her work for Facebook. Before graduate school, Cecilia was in Washington, D.C working with federal agencies on identifying and reducing transnational money laundering and drug trafficking as a consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton.
