At Meliora Advisors, she guides nonprofits, government agencies, and corporations in transforming bold ideas into measurable, sustainable impact.Bacilia brings a unique blend of strategy, soul, and systems-thinking to her work—drawing from a strong foundation in process engineering, data analytics, Lean Six Sigma, performance management, and DEI.
