Antonio Escalona is a seasoned global executive with over 35 years of experience leading growth, transformation, and operational excellence across consulting, finance, sales, and general management. He spent three decades at PepsiCo, holding senior leadership roles across five continents. His strategic vision and ability to turn complex challenges into scalable solutions have made a lasting impact—particularly in emerging markets and among Hispanic consumer segments in the United States. Through bold strategy and cultural connection, Antonio led PepsiCo’s Hispanic snacks portfolio to double its sales in just five years.

Before joining PepsiCo, Antonio began his career as a Senior Consultant at EY Venezuela, laying the foundation for a lifetime of leadership rooted in purpose and resilience.

Beyond the corporate world, Antonio is deeply committed to community service. He currently serves on the boards of After-School All-Stars North Texas, YPO Dallas Gold, and StarsUganda, reflecting his passion for youth empowerment and global development.
